1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EduEase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use EduEase for school management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of school management
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in EduEase
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use EduEase, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

EduEase is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue using the service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into EduEase. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. You grant us a license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EduEase to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with the service's operation

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EduEase or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
